""hiccups," WELL Said! nothing is dire on the timing of closing a refinance but Refinancing in 2020 was wonderful and yet slow going because of rates being historically low which brings a large influx of volume for lenders to process and the backlog was industry wide. It was like nothing American has seen but then again, how often will we experience a Pandemic or Historic rates below 3%?!?! What a wild year for America and Congrats on your savings!!!"
